Unified Navigation

The unified navigation is introduced to ensure you have a similar experience when accessing Ivanti Neurons for MDM, Unified Endpoint Management, and IT Service Management applications.

The new top navigation now enables you to access different sections from the upper-right corner using the following icons:

Notifications: Click to view list of important events or messages.
Help: Click to view the Ivanti Neurons for MDM documentation.

Neurons App Switcher: Click to view the apps that you can access from here.

  • Use the Neurons App Switcher to navigate to Unified Endpoint Management or IT Service Management.
  • The Neurons App Switcher lets you switch between Modern Device Management, Unified Endpoint Management, and IT Service Management if you have the required access to these applications.
  • If you do not have access to Unified Endpoint Management or IT Service Management, you will see the Modern Device Management option only.

Account: Click to view your account details. This section provides the following options:

  • Upgrade
  • Support Portal
  • Change Password
  • Sign Out
